"Let us celebrate the spirit of democracy and the vision of a united India this Republic Day. May we continue to uphold liberty, equality, and justice for all."

A Special Assembly under the aegis of 'RAMAN HOUSE' was held on 24 Jan, 2025 to commemorate the 76th REPUBLIC DAY. The Republic Day celebrations at our institution were a vibrant and inspiring event, showcasing patriotism, creativity, and athleticism. Students actively participated in a series of well-organized activities that reflected the spirit of the Indian Constitution and the vision of “Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas.” Below is a detailed account of the activities conducted:

Sprint Savants

To mark the occasion of Republic Day, exciting sport activities were organized to instill a sense of unity, teamwork, and patriotism among Class 1 and 2 students. Class 1 participated in a vibrant hula hoop race, using tricoloured hula hoops that represented the Indian flag, filling the atmosphere with joy and energy. Class 2 engaged in a team-based flag-assembling race, where students collaborated to assemble together the national flag. These activities encouraged the values of togetherness, cooperation, and love for the nation, making the event both fun and inspiring.

Art Odyssey

गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर भारतीय संविधान पर आधारित पोस्टर-निर्माण प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया । इस गतिविधि में कक्षा तीन, चार व पॉंच के सभी वर्गों के विद्यार्थियों ने प्रतिभागी के रूप में भाग लिया तथा भारतीय संविधान के महत्त्व को जाना। इस गतिविधि का सभी छात्रों ने आनंद उठाया।

Realizing Our Dream of ‘Swarnim Bharat: Virasat aur Vikas’

Under this theme, students participated in art and craft competitions that celebrated the essence of India’s heritage and progress. The creations included tricolour decorations, posters, and other artwork symbolizing the unity, culture, and aspirations of our nation. The participants’ enthusiasm and creativity were evident in their vibrant and meaningful displays.

Designing a modern Preamble

This activity encouraged students to understand the significance of a preamble as a statement of values, principles, and goals that guide a community, organization, or nation. It also enabled students to analyse existing preambles (e.g., constitutions, charters) and evaluate their relevance in modern contexts creatively envision and articulate a set of principles that reflect contemporary issues, diversity, and aspirations.

Bharatiya Geetanjali

The students’ choir, ‘Bharatiya Geetanjali’, presented a garland of patriotic songs that resonated with the spirit of the occasion. The melodious performance captured the audience’s hearts and instilled a sense of pride and unity among all present.

Unity in Harmony

Students showcased their talent and cultural unity through a dance performance titled “Unity in Harmony.” The performance celebrated the diversity of India and emphasized the strength that lies in our unity.

Loktantra ka Utsav (Celebration of Democracy)

As part of the event ‘Loktantra ka Utsav’ (Celebration of Democracy), the students presented an engaging conversation highlighting the importance of citizen participation and upholding constitutional values. Through their thoughtful dialogue, they emphasized the role of active citizenship in strengthening democracy and the significance of respecting equality, justice, and diversity. Their performance left the audience inspired, fostering a deeper understanding of the true spirit of democracy.

Skit: The Promise of Republic Day

The students performed a skit titled “The Promise of Republic Day,” which highlighted the historical significance of January 26th. Through powerful acting and storytelling, the skit brought to life the struggles and triumphs that led to the establishment of the Republic of India.

राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष 12 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है। स्वामी विवेकानंद जी की जयंती को ही युवा दिवस के रुप में मनाया है। क्योंकि स्वामी विवेकानंद जी युवा पीढी के आदर्श माने जाते हैं। स्वामी विवेकानंद जी के विचार, दर्शन, अध्यापन नीति भारत की महान सांस्कृतिक और पारंपरिक संपत्ति है। युवा देश का महत्वपूर्ण अंग है जो देश को आगे बढाता है। इसी वजह से स्वामी विवेकानंद के आदर्शों और विचारों का अनुसरण करने हेतु सबसे पहले युवाओं को चुना जाता है। ‘राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस’ का दिन आज के युवाओं में कुछ नया करने का जोश भर देता है। भारत की युवा पीढी स्वामी जी के उच्च विचारों से प्रेरणा लेकर अपना और अपने भारत देश का भविष्य बेहतर बना सकती है।
