Diwali brings with it festivities and celebrations, time to adorn our homes with dazzling new things and give them a fresh and bright look. Rangoli is the art of creating attractive designs using fresh flowers or powder.
The fourth step in the series is to circumvent the use of chemical based rangoli colours and make maximum use of natural colours and dyes like rice flour, turmeric powder, Kumkum, colorful grains, flower petals that are biodegradable and ecofriendly.

The eighth step in the series is that instead of using decorations made of plastic and non biodegradable materials that only add to the landfills, lets try reusing old utensils or fabrics to make some interesting DIY decorations.
With Retro being the in-thing, it will add a unique touch while being more personal and homely.
