Introduction
Under the aegis of the CES Impact Accelerator Programme, a workshop on “Autism Rated Training” was organized on 1st November 2025 at Bal Bharati Public School, Pusa Road, Delhi. The session was conducted by Mr. Rahul Kumar Agarwal, Deputy Director (Disabilities), Government of Delhi, and was designed to build awareness, sensitivity, and practical understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder among educators.

The workshop on “Building Awareness and Understanding of Mental Health” aimed to equip Vice Principals, Headmistresses, and School Counsellors with knowledge, sensitivity, and practical strategies to address mental health concerns in schools. The session commenced with participants sharing their expectations, followed by an in-depth discussion on four major neurodevelopmental disorders. Ms. Saaneya Kapur highlighted the difference between visible and invisible disorders and used real-life case studies to stimulate group discussions.

Introduction: A two-day workshop on Classroom Management and Active Teaching-Learning Strategies was organised for the primary teachers of Bal Bharati Public School, Noida. It was conducted as part of the mandated 25 hours of in-house CPD (Continuous Professional Development) for teacher development. The workshop aimed to equip teachers with effective classroom management and teaching learning strategies to help them deliver effective lessons and create an inclusive, engaging, and effective learning environment.

Objective of the Workshop:
The primary objective of this hands-on workshop was to introduce educators to the formulation and preparation of cosmetic products. Participants gained practical experience in the preparation of talcum powder, shampoo, and toothpaste, while learning about the chemical compositions, functions of ingredients, and scientific techniques involved in cosmetic production.

INTRODUCTION
On March 25, 2025, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) conducted a workshop on the presentation of the INCB (International Narcotics Control Board) Annual Report and Precursor Report 2024. The event focused on the pressing issues of substance abuse, narcotic and psychotropic substances, drug misuse prevention, and international drug control measures. The workshop was attended by Vice Principal Ms. Anupama Motwani and PGT Political Science/History Mr. Nilesh Roy, along with experts and officials from various government and international organizations.

REPORT ON FINANCIAL LITERACY & USE OF DIGITAL TOOLS WORKSHOP
Financial literacy plays a crucial role in empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their finances, investments, and overall economic well-being. In the digital age, the integration of technology and digital tools has revolutionized the way financial literacy is imparted and accessed. Financial literacy and the effective use of digital tools are designed to foster digital fluency alongside financial acumen. Keeping pace with the new changes, C.B.S.E. in collaboration with Jeevitam organized a workshop in the school premises with an objective to sensitize teachers about Financial Literacy.
Mr. Manoj Sharma, a renowned Banking Professional turned academician was the resource person who enlightened the teachers about personal financial planning and the various avenues available to invest. The workshop began with the floral felicitation of Mr. Manoj Sharma by the Vice- Principal.
Mr. Manoj Sharma highlighted the various points about financial literacy like- implementation and monitoring of savings and equity. He thoroughly explained the step wise guide for investment, benefits of mutual funds, digital systems, do’s and dont’s of digital payments and basics of financial and retirement planning. He also laid stress on the use of digital tools as powerful resources for enhancing financial literacy and education. These tools leverage technology to deliver interactive, personalized, and accessible financial solutions to its users. He concluded the session with a question answer round where the teachers cleared their doubts related to different aspects of financial literacy.
The entire session was informative for the teachers and equipped them to handle their finances and invest their money for maximum returns.
