World AIDS Day is observed on 1st December, every year to raise awareness about the spread of this disease.
On 1, December WHO joins partners to commemorate World AIDS Day 2024, under the theme “ *Take the Rights Path: My Health, My Right". WHO is calling on global leaders and citizens to boldly recognize and address the challenges which are holding back progress in ending AIDS; and equalize access to essential HIV services to all concerned.
