Bal Bharati Public School, Noida, hosted an enlightening session on 'The World of Artificial Intelligence' on 12th April 2024, featuring a captivating presentation by Mr. Vedant Ahluwalia, the esteemed CEO of Dataviv Technologies. The event attended by the students of Classes X-XII, commenced with a green welcome by the Vice Principal, Ms Anupama Motwani, setting the ambience for an engaging exploration of the transformative power of AI
Mr. Ahluwalia's insightful discourse delved into the realm of Artificial Intelligence, illustrating how this cutting-edge technology has the remarkable ability to turn idealistic concepts into tangible realities. The session highlighted AI's pervasive influence across diverse fields, showcasing its pivotal role in shaping the future of retail, healthcare, climate change mitigation, and market predictions. From the innovative applications of Nanobots to the integration of smart cameras and Augmented reality, students were exposed to a myriad of possibilities that AI offers in revolutionizing our world.
As the session drew to a close, students were left inspired and informed about the vast potential of Artificial Intelligence in reshaping our future. The event not only broadened the students’ horizons but also instilled a sense of curiosity and wonder about the limitless possibilities that AI holds. In the words of Albert Einstein, "The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination." The session nurtured the imaginative minds of tomorrow, encouraging them to explore the boundless opportunities that AI presents.

The session began with Mr Vedant interacting with the students on the rise of AI in recent times and how we, humans will make ourselves relevant in future. He emphasized on the need to be creative and make AI useful for us.
He mentioned that now coding is not a barrier to create AI solutions. He explained how AI is transforming Education sector, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail and every other field. In this upcoming AI revolution over the next few years no field will be able to function in its current form and AI will lead the transformation to achieve better efficiency, quality and lower cost.
He explained that computer vision has a scope beyond imagination. Attendance, temperature detection, employee satisfaction measurement and dynamic access management will all use smart camera and hence CV. He insisted that the medical facilities and research will be deeply impacted by this technology as computer vision will assist diagnosis and provide solution deployed as clinic management solution along with paired application, and software as per need of clinic and category.
He said that natural language processing will change the landscape for smart assistants with voice enabled interaction, multi-lingual interaction, smart facial and emotion recognition, and gesture-based control. He emphasised that every way of working is changing and as per the survey conducted by World Economic Forum, more than 75% computers are looking to adopt big data, cloud computing and AI in the next 5 years. The global artificial intelligence market is estimated to grow from USD 150.2 billion in 2023 to USD 1,345.2 billion by 2030, at a CAGR of 36.8% during the forecast period.
He concluded by saying that there has not been a bigger revolution than this historically, and this has the potential to change life more than electricity itself. The future is with AI deeply involved and companies that don’t adopt will lose their competitive advantage. The session was enriching and interactive.
