In an inspiring blend of mindfulness, movement, and joy, the Primary Wing of our school embraced the holistic benefits of Aqua Yoga, introducing our young learners to the serene synergy between water and wellness.
Our enthusiastic students participated in this refreshing event with boundless excitement and curiosity. Guided by trained instructors and under the watchful care of their teachers, the children performed simple asanas and breathing exercises in the pool, discovering a new dimension of yoga that was both fun and restorative. Their laughter echoed across the water as they floated, stretched, and moved gracefully, embodying the spirit of harmony and mindfulness. It was heartwarming to witness how even the youngest of our learners could connect with their inner selves while enjoying the sensory delight of water.

10th International Yoga Day
The 10th International Yoga Day, being celebrated this year, focuses on promoting women’s health and wellbeing. As an empowering practice, yoga enables women to confidently assume roles as leaders and change-makers, fostering diversity and inclusion in society.
Yoga brings joy, health, and peace, and represents the unity of an individual's inner consciousness and the external world. Thousands of us at Bal Bharati Public Schools across India will observe this day as part of our personal growth journey, and as a tribute to an ancient discipline. Bal Bharati Public School Noida Celebrates 10th International Yoga Day with Great Enthusiasm
On June 21, 2024, Bal Bharati Public School, Noida, celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day with great zeal and enthusiasm in the school's auditorium. The event commenced with a brief introduction to Yoga Day and an invocation of the sacred mantra "Om," led by student alumni Ms. Neti and Ms Yukta
The highlight of the program was the yoga protocol conducted by the Ms. Rani Negi. She, along with students Prachi and Aditi, demonstrated the Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and 12 other asanas included in the Yoga Protocol The students along with their mentor not only demonstrated these postures but also elucidated their significance for physical and mental well-being. The session saw active participation from teachers, parents, and students, all showing immense enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
The school's principal, Mrs. Asha Prabhakar, addressed the gathering and encouraged the students to incorporate yoga into their daily routine. She emphasized the importance of yoga in maintaining good health and improving concentration. Mrs. Prabhakar expressed her gratitude towards everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the event and motivated the students to practice yoga regularly for holistic development.
The program concluded with the singing of the national anthem, fostering a sense of unity and patriotism among the participants. The celebration of International Yoga Day at Bal Bharati Public School, Noida, was a testament to the school's commitment to promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle among its community members.
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस -2024: “स्वयं और समाज के लिए योग“

दिनांक 21 जून, 2024 को बाल भारती पब्लिक स्कूल,नोएडा के सभागार में 10वाँ ‘अतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस’ पूरे हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाया गया |
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत सुश्री नेति वर्मा और युक्ता विजयराघवन द्वारा योग दिवस पर संक्षिप्त परिचय व ओ३म् जप से हुई | योग प्रशिक्षिका सुश्री रानी नेगी ने प्राची और अदित्री के साथ सूर्य नमस्कार तथा अन्य 12 आसनों का प्रदर्शन किया साथ ही इनके महत्व को भी समझाया। इसमें विद्यालय के अध्यापकों, अभिभावकों और छात्रों ने बड़े उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया। विद्यालय की प्रधानाचार्या श्रीमती आशा प्रभाकर ने छात्रों को स्वस्थ रहने और एकाग्रता में सुधार हेतु नियमित योग का अभ्यास करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया और कार्यक्रम के सफलतापूर्वक सम्पादन के लिए आभार भी प्रकट किया | कार्यक्रम का समापन राष्ट्रगान के साथ हुआ |
